Who we need!
Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice has an opening for a Clinical Manager. Primary responsibilities will include: Oversight and supervision of the daily clinical operations of the agency’s Home Health Program; Directing plans & and coordinating activities of staff rendering client care; Assuring that services are appropriately scheduled and provided according to clinical needs, staffing ability and competency. This position is clinically and operationally responsible for home health services; therapy and nursing services, RN, LPN, PT, OT, SLP, COTA, PTA, HHA, MSW, Clinical Care Coordinator, Team Assistant, After Hours Staff and registry/contracted services.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate with from an accredited school of nursing or rehabilitation (Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist) required.
Experience:
Prefer two years recent Home Health experience. Prefer previous training experience or experience with adult education
Licensure/Certifications:
Current Washington State Registered Clinical License (RN, PT, OT or SLP);
Current Washington State Driver’s license and have access to daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle; Current CPR certification; Certified Oasis Specialist-Clinical certification required or must be earned within first six (6) month probationary period.
