Hello and thanks for your interest in supporting educational programming at the Washington State Hospice & Palliative Care Organization through exhibiting and sponsoring at conferences. We’re pleased to open Vendor registration for our fall conference at beautiful Campbell’s Resort in Chelan!
This year’s program occurs October 28-29 and resort information can be found HERE. We anticipate 175-200 attendees at this program, including executives and decision-makers, physicians and additional hospice professionals.
Critical to the success of each state organization’s educational programming is the role of vendors at our conferences. Exhibiting and sponsoring is a terrific way to educate and promote your products and services and support outstanding educational outreach to Washington hospice and palliative care providers. Vendors enjoy high visibility throughout the conferences, including receptions, breaks and lunches. The exhibition area is in the core meeting area where attendees gather. Exhibitors and sponsors are invited and encouraged to attend all conference sessions, too.
