WSHPCO Annual Fall Conference
October 25-26, 2021
Campbell’s Resort – Chelan, WA

We’re pleased to announce plans to move forward with having an IN PERSON conference in Chelan, Washington this October! We have opened Exhibitor & Sponsor registration and look forward to welcoming 100+ attendees at this program, including program executives and decision-makers, physicians and more.

Critical to the success of our educational programming is the role of vendors at our conferences. Exhibiting and sponsoring is a terrific way to educate and promote your products and services and support outstanding educational outreach to Washington hospice and palliative care providers.

Vendors enjoy high visibility throughout the conferences, including receptions, breaks and lunches. The exhibition area is in the core meeting area where attendees gather. Exhibitors and sponsors are invited and encouraged to attend all conference sessions, too.

  • Important Information for Exhibitors, Sponsors

    Vendors may set up their displays Sunday, 10/24 between 3-7p. Display items may not be affixed to any wall, floor or ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other substance unless approved by resort Catering Department. All signage must be professionally lettered. Packages for meetings may be delivered to the resort one week prior to the meeting date. Due to limited storage please contact the Catering Department before sending materials that are on pallets or are oversized packages. The following information must be included on all packages: Campbell's Resort & Conference Center, P.O. Box 278, 104 West Woodin, Chelan, WA 98816, and Conference Name, Name of Recipient, Date of Arrival of Recipient. The resort would like to make sure you and your packages leave the property together. Please arrange for pickup with the appropriate carrier before your conference is over: UPS (800.742.58770; FedEx (800.238.5355); Airborne Express (800.247.2676). The resort does not have space to store any articles left on premises beyond one (1) week from the completion date of the conference. Campbell's will be happy to coordinate the return shipment on your behalf for a minimum handling fee of $100.00 for the first 3 articles and $50.00 for each additional article plus appropriate shipping charges. THE RESORT MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO COORDINATE THIS SHIPMENT. THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO USE YOUR UPS OR OTHER CARRIERS SHIPPING ACCOUNTS.
