We invite WSHPCO Provider members to submit a nomination for the annual Farber Award, which honors individuals who exemplify excellence, leadership, and commitment to compassionate end-of-life care.

The award was established in 2015 by the Washington State Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (WSHPCO) in honor of Dr. Stu Farber, a pioneer in palliative care whose work helped shape and advance the field across our state. His legacy continues through this recognition of those who carry forward his vision.
